He founded his first company, Clearoute in 1999. Shoaib’s mission was to help grow exceptional brands and businesses, by developing a deep understanding of everything it takes, from technology, marketing, and branding, to sales, finance, and innovation.
He learned how to see growth potential and deliver on it.
In 2017, Shoaib parlayed his ability to identify business opportunities and launched his investment firm, M Worldwide Inc. Within M he has personally managed $1 billion in ventures in real estate, media, marketing, social enterprises, technology, and consumer goods.

His global nonprofit has transformed many lives in developing countries through emergency relief, care and support, social justice, and individual empowerment, made possible by a network of strategic and tactical partners like nothing else in existence.
In business, and in the service of others, Shoaib continues to prove that prosperity lies in collaboration.
