Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking and proactive project manager who is receptive and motivated.

**Must be able to work Full Time within the hours of 8:00 PM to 3:00 AM Manila Time / 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, Mon-Fri**


  • Represent the company in managing and delivering communicative and quality service to clients during the project term
  • Improving and amending standard operating procedures to ease the support team’s workflow and improve customer experience
  • Understand the entire workflow for each project so that work can be completed within the specific timeframe

The Project Lead will also work with different stakeholders for the following:

  • Work with the operations manager to improve processes by making it more efficient and make sure that the team follows the process.
  • Work with clients and improve onboarding experience of the client
  • Work with the fulfillment team (Account Management, Graphics and Copywriters) to make sure that the project team have been assigned to the set-up

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee & plan out the entire project timeline from start to finish
  • Gather information from the client so that the team is able to work with more resources and produce better quality work
  • Build rapport & update clients on weekly progress and keep communication with clients tight
  • Manage the client’s google drive folder by following the file-tracking SOP
  • Develop a series of workflow steps or checklists for the team to execute to ensure that nothing gets overlooked and enable the team to keep up to date with the progress
  • Check through all project work before submitting to the Project Lead
  • Collaborating with Project Lead and Operations Manager to define and prioritize the projects
  • Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various task and deliverables
  • Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
  • Drafting new and improving existing processes to gain efficiencies
  • Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.

  • Degree/Masters or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of Gmail, Google Documents, Google Drive, Dropbox, Asana, Slack
  • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
  • Strong time management skills
  • Familiarity with the customer experience and service procedures
  • At least 3 years experience as a Project Manager Office Manager
  • Solid background in managing digital projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • PMP II certification is a plus
